Volume II - 15 pages and 118 tipped-in full colour plates. Decorative gilded spines, Title in gold, in four languages on the front covers with a blind embossed decoration surrounding the gilded volume number. Minor wear to the edges of the covers, especially at the top and tail of the spines. Dust jackets are protected in Brodart. Each volume in orginal cardboard box. Text is in Indonesian, English, Chinese and Russian. A very good copy of these two massive volumes, compiled by Dullah, painter to the President of the Republic of Indonesia, describes and illustrates the complete collection of paintings in the collection of the first President of the Republic of Indonesia, Ir. Sukarno (1901-1970). Volume I has a facsimile after an original 'Message from the President' [Sukarno), reproduced on page 11/12. Some of the artists represented are Basuki Abdullah, A.A. GD.
